Hello,
As mentioned in another post,I am trying to modchip a previously wrong-modchipped PS1 console.
I managed to get it to work with PSNee and Arduino UNO.(I don't have any 18f629-like PICs now)
I also tried to burn an Attiny85 chip with this guide https://www.retrosix.wiki/psnee-region-free-installation-ps1 with no luck.

Any help?

Nice project, thank you! I forgot to burn the bootloader before uploading using programmer. Now it works!
