Searching for an Old PC Game – MS-DOS / Windows 90s 🔍

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for an old PC game, possibly a MS-DOS or early Windows game, but I don’t remember the exact name. It could be a brick-breaker or a puzzle game, maybe inspired by Tetris or Arkanoid.

Key Details:
Theme: Dark atmosphere, with prison cages or cells visible in the high score menu.

Special Effect: After finishing a level, colorful balloons would float upward with strings attached.

Gameplay: A puzzle/action game that might be a mix between Tetris and a brick-breaker.

Time Period: Likely from the 90s or early 2000s.

Also I'm not sure what the actual gameplay was like from your description? A combination of Tetris and Akranoid, that only makes me think of Biprolex+, but there's certainly no prison theme there at all.
