The fact its still there tells me they arent worried about the wrath of nintendo coming after them for gamecube/wii/wiiu emulators.

I learned about homebrewing i guess in 2014 when the gamespy servers were shutting down and needed another way to play mario kart wii online.

Idk the legality of it but if the ends justify the means and the hardware still works by hook or crook i see no reason to throw out / recycle a perfectly good machine

The Homebrew Channel isn't anything to do with gamecube/wii/wiiu emulators. It doesn't even run on a PC.

But you can run emulators on it like mame or dosbox
