Looking for the bios for V5 Rev1 and Rev2 of the Wonder 16 cards. If anyone with one of these cards would be willing to provide.

Yes, there are dumps of V2 and V4 BIOS, these are known not to work on the V5 cards.
Reason is the ATI18810-1 chip has a dot clock generator, that is not present on ATI18810 chip that used on the V2 and V4 cards.
The EDGE-16 bios is known to work as it also uses the 18810-1 chip, but is limited 256kb memory.

There is two version of the V5 Bios.

VGA Wonder V5M-1.00 EVEN/ODD. Cards that have a Bus Mouse port.
VGA 1024 V5-1.00 EVEN/ODD. Cards that do not have a Bus Mouse port.
