A strange question possibly, but does anyone remember a MMPLAY.EXE based demo for Sound Blaster Pro which had weird fish animations and racing car in it?

I ran into it on Danger Hot Stuff CD found in archive.org and the files are dated 1992. The disc credits Creative Labs, Santa Clara, CA for the demo, but the demo itself does not have any readmes.

What I am curious about is, if this demo ever came bundled with early Creative sound cards?.. And this is not the same demo as found on Creative CDs in archive or in videos I have found on youtube.
