Hello,

I am struggling with ISA HDD/FDD/Com controller which is not recognized by BIOS. Image attached. It was tested on three different machines and everytime I get stuck at POST code 9091 (Initialize hard disk controllers/Initialize local bus hard disk controllers). With other card is ok. I assume that the Super I/O chip Twinhead TH6260A is dead as it seems that is it damaged on the top; maybe overheating. On the internet (Stason.org) I could not identify the whole card, I can't get any information about this chip, nothing. The only image is an eBay image https://www.ebay.com/itm/256218315976?_trksid … 4.c101800.m5481 of almost the same card, but not totally identical.

Is there maybe somebody that can help me identifiing this card and also if there is a way to get some datasheet of this chip? I assume that it is rebranded...
