Herewith is a conversion of the graphics tileset from the FM Towns version of Ultima IV for use with the PC release of the game. The FM Towns version heavily leverages the Ultima V tileset, which provides some visual similarity/continuity, but also contains some unique additions that make it a worthwhile alternative to the original PC graphics set.
A few tile modifications were necessary, mostly due to positional and directional issues, while minor changes were also made to address a couple of ill-fitting substitutions used in the original FM Towns tileset. Further alterations include the border color, font substitution, and modifications/fixes to the EGA and Tandy video drivers to accommodate the changes.
To use, just extract/copy all of the files into your Ultima IV game directory, overwriting the originals. Make a backup first if you so choose. (The "EXTRAS" folder need not be copied; it contains the unmodified FM Towns tileset in both the compressed and uncompressed format, and PNG files of both it and the modified version.)
