I just wanted to show off the "Mark II" version of my ITX windows 98 gaming build before I update it.

It uses an Industrial board by BCM research, the MX945GME. It's unusual that it has a PCI-E 16x and PCI slot though it's configured in way that makes the 16X slot unusable in a normal case. I decided to use it in the Fractal Ridge because it has 3 expansion slots.

System specs.
BCM MX945GME
2GB DDR2 667
Core 2 Duo 7600 2.3ghz
Geforce 7950GT 512mb PCI-E
Audigy 1 PCI
3Com 10/100 PCI

The attachment core.png is no longer available

Doom 457 realtiks
Q3A 1024x768 32bit 575fps

This is obviously not a serious system, It's just a toy. What would you change?

Very weird.
Love the ultra-narrow edge connectors.

How'd you rig both ports?

I built:
Convert old ASUS ASC boardviews to KICAD PCB!
Re: A comprehensive guide to install and play MechWarrior 2 on new versions on Windows.
Dos+Windows 3.11+tcp+vbe_svga auto-install iso template
Script to backup Win9x\ME drivers from a working install
Re: The thing no one asked for: KICAD 440bx reference schematic

How is it unsuable in a normal case?

The PCI-E slot would intrude into the I/O shield area.

Fractal made some PCI-E risers that were not up to spec of 4.0 speeds so they sent me a new version. I used the vertical portion of the old riser in conjunction with the new riser. 3d printed a little blue block to mount the riser tight and a 2x PCI riser for the other two cards.

What edge connectors?

The pci slot is about half the normal width

Yes it is, must be some kind of space saving design. The separation between the slots is still standard just moved one up into the I/O area.
