Do you take something for that and if, what?

I am aroused about any X86 motherboard that has full functional ISA slot. I think i have problem. Not really into that original (Turbo) XT,286,386 and CGA/EGA stuff. So just a DOS nut.
PS. If I upload RAR, it is a 16-bit DOS RAR Version 2.50.

I was about to suggest the same thing... but perhaps there's a local network between systems that need to
be available?

If so, unplug the internet connection to the router - it will still allow local networking.
(and you can plug it back in for times when you do want internet)

If you have some systems you want on the internet, and other that you want to network locally...
I do this as I still use some older XP/Win7 systems that don't get updated... I have them on their
own separate network on a router that lets me configure passthrough connections (to access my newer
machines) but can block access to other IP addresses (like the internet gateway).

the best way to prevent you from dropping back into something you're addicted to is to get rid of it all together. assuming addiction is your problem here. So getting rid of your internet service, switching to a dumb phone or a plan without data, getting rid of the pc and so on.

im kinda fighting the same problem and I'm swapping to only a vintage pc, nothing modern and a basic phone.

also stay on your meds.

make the access terrible with GNU/Hermit roleplay. restrict it by using lynx through another computer remotely, and wget your downloads by hand

If you can log in to the router, check if you can block internet connection in the parental control settings. This allows you to be on the LAN without accessing the internet.

You could also set the DNS server on your PC and other devices to the local host, so all DNS requests fail.

I have tried that and I thinking that NSA, american surveillance, would not permit.. So, I thinking to earn some money maybe 100-200 dollars month by administrating fee earning money to provide Flight Simulator 98, and option FSw95, and main addons into a thumb drive for x86 architecture, and option Norsk Data architecture with Sintran OS, so everyone do not need to thinking to having OS preinstalled. Hmm... hmm...

The Soviet Union ceased to exist at the end of 1991.

If you are on that much of a delay then I would recommend continued use of the internet to catch up on the last 34 years of news and events.
Much has happened over the years buddy.

Belated welcome to the forum

I'm sure you'll fit right in here.

Re. the issue of unwanted internet access, I had a similar problem about 10 years ago, when I had urgent offline work to do, but kept being distracted by internet.

I just unplugged the modem until work was finished.

Is this too much voodoo?

If you're really schizophrenic then Internet Access is the least of your worries unless you're associating it with something that you deem harmful - for example "contact to an unseen force controlling you".
If so then ceremonially disconnect cables / routers and call upon a powerful entity to protect you.

Russia says otherwise:

The USSR still exists — Putin has come up with a new reason to invade Ukraine

Plus all the Russian spies and 'hybrid warfare' operations all over Europe and Africa... Yeah, it's back.

OR maybe get this political shit out of here before it ruins this site too. I want to see a bunch of pentiums running Windows 95 not people running their mouths about geopolitical issues. Go to reddit for that.
