I've got this compaq laptop and the hinges are totally frozen. I couldn't get them freed up with any lubricant and they eventually broke.
Does anyone have any ideas how to replace them?
This is not some daily driver machine that would get much use so solution that would make laptop just usable would be sufficient.
I've got 3d printer so even some kind of external support would probably be good enough.
