Hello all!

Does anyone know how to get transparent text labels for the icons in Windows 9x? The only way I know how to get this is in the "Main updates" in the Unofficial Service Pack, which is implemented in the right picture. However, I´d prefer not to use USP and I know that back in the day there used to be several different small utilities to make this possible but none of those are available anymore.
