I'm afraid so. I forget the exact number, but you have to have a minimum number of posts prior to being able to DM. No doubt in response to spammers.

That's a pity. I do feel like I'll have to post more than I otherwise would then, which feels a bit like I'm spamming because it feels somewhat forced.
Thankfully going to be tinkering with some old components soon though, so that will likely lead to posts on its own.
