Hey,
I have this card in a multiOS box, XP/Linux works flawlessly even without a driver, since I went through some trouble to try to get DOS 6.22 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11 running on this machine I would like to have sound in them as well but now after a day of pain I start giving up.
The issue is not with the card being broken, it is the usual DOS IRQ problem. By default if they are allocated automatically (and all unnecessary peripheries are disabled: USB/internal audio/com ports/LAN cards) I get this IRQ allocation:

In this case as you can see the driver will not even load.
However I tried to trick around with putting the IRQ allocation to manual, putting the card to another point etc until the point both IRQ 5 and IRQ 7 are free.
I'm not an expert on this but as I recall this card loves IRQ 5. It is probably using one IRQ for the card itself and one for that SB16 emulation.
In this case the driver will load but none of the games will work.

I have another machine (although that is with an SB0100) MSDOS6.22, same driver, card is on IRQ 12 it works just fine.
Any ideas what else can I try?
Thanks
