I just remembered that for a period I had this theme, I can't remember if it was for windows 95 or 98 and as log on sound it had the famous phrase from Robin Williams movie. IO also remember it had custom icons and other stuff.
Back then I had the plus pack installed but checking it now it doesn't seem to have this custom theme. Do anyone have memory about it or something similar? I think it was something about Vietnam or war in general (but with the peace symbol as mouse pointer).
