BC Kings doesn't work with dgvoodoo 2

BC Kings from Steam works without dgvoodoo 2, but I want more power - particles causing severe lags on my laptop and I don't want to lower graphics settings. Menu works with dgvoodoo 2 but after game load loading screen it prompt an error -

I found another solution with Reshade and game runs better (because it runs on directx 9 instead of directx 😎. But you still can contribute to solve the dgvoodoo 2 problem.
