anyone knows if you can buy a pc keyboard with low trapezoid buttons like this one?

https://allegro.pl/oferta/laptop-toshiba-sate … ykaAjBdEALw_wcB

the trapezoid buttons are like normal pc keyboard but they are lower so even better

if you press on the edge of the button they are usually harder to press, but cause toshiba had edges almost in the middle of the button it is always pressed easily
most comfortable buttons i used.

pc keyboards have buttons like that but they are taller so it is still harder to press them on the edge compared with lower buttons

also the trapezoid buttons are so easy to feel, the new buttons are harder to feel where ono buttons ends and where another starts

Toshiba used to have them in their laptops but they later switched to worse like this:

and later to even wose like this:

only worse i can imagine now would be upside down trapezoid 😉

That is a whole computer, isn't it? Not just a keyboard.

Maybe I'm not recognizing the feature that you are describing, but the first thing that comes to mind when I see them is Logitech's old thin keyboards. I used an Ultra X and then an Illuminated Ultrathin for several years until getting the full-height mechanical I've had for 10+ years now (Corsair K70). I actually still have both of these and they worked great the last time I used them. I probably bought the UltraX close to 20 years ago, and the Illuminated sometime in 2010 or so.

Now for some blitting from the back buffer.

I also immediately thought about the UltraX. I also had one 20 years ago, but unfortunately it quit working after a decade or so. It was a fantastic keyboard.

Currently making do with whatever I can scrounge.

The SIIG USB Premium Aluminum Key board with Hub is the best quality one I have seen.as far as low profile membrane keyboards go. The Logitech one mentioned up above is junk compared to the SIiG one.

There are some super low profile mechanical keyboard now as well.
