Are there any shops selling these or am I just out of luck for now as they aren’t shipping to the States?
You'd probably want to contact Serdaco directly, I'm no expert, but I believe private courriers like DHL and FedEx will still ship to USA, but won't be cheap...
Also just a guess, but I'd bet the license agreement with Roland is probably very strict on how these can be sold. Doubt a 2nd shop will ever exist.

At some point the EU post offices will work out a system that will comply with the new US requirements and shipping will resume, it is only a matter of having patience....

The message on the Serdashop web site says they expect to resume shipments to U.S. in mid-September. So presumably it won't be a long wait.
