Ark Of Time, 'VESA not supported' error

I've tried installing Ark of Time on my Pentium 3 machine as well on my Pentium 1 machine, but it gave the same error every time. 'VESA not supported'.

The p3 machine is Tualatin 1400 with a Voodoo3 3000, 512 MB Ram.
The p1 Machine is a Pentium MMX 233 with a TNT Riva, 32 MB Ram.
Also tried the TNT2 Riva Ultra.

They all give the same error.

I tried a bunch of Vesa fixes (VESA Fix Utility Listing (for old video cards)). But no luck so far. Didn't try them all yet, but the one for the voodoo cards already doesn't work. No luck with Univbe and VBEplus either. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Has anybody got a solution for me? Thanks in advance!

I already got a solution. I'm putting a pci videocard next to the to agp card in the machine, and then I'm just putting it on the kvm switch. Problem solved.

I know no one replied, but maybe this topic will ever come in handy for someone with the same problem.

I still got the game working on the TNT Riva, and also on TNT2 Riva Ultra. I used UNIVBE 6.7.
However, non of the vesafixes I tried worked on the Voodoo 3 3000.
