got a replacement battery for my Latitude C610 off ebay (i know...) and have had a strange issue with it. it works absolutely great with the laptop and my C640, and also seems to provide the advertised runtime/capacity (66WHr) but it only charges 4% and then stops until the battery is removed and then put back in. it will then charge another 4ish percent before once again stopping. the charging LED stays solid green, but HWinfo reports a 0.000W charge rate. i have tried multiple 70w and 90w adapters with the same result. really frustrated as the battery otherwise works great. any ideas?
