I don't think we have any thread dedicated to such things here and I have been wanting to make one. Here is how we can do this...

If you have a device that has a proprietary memory\cache board, module or card:
1. Upload pictures of both sides of the module on it's own (and one with the host device if you have it)
2. Name the device it is intended for (be as specific as you can, in case of model variations)
3. List clearly the model number (or any markings that might be used to identify it without it's host device present) so that the post will come up in searches.
4. State the memory capacity of the module (if known)
5. List any other information you know about it... for example, it adds capacity but also doubles bandwidth or allows interleave for a performance boost, etc.

If you have a loose PROPRIETARY memory\cache board that you need identified, feel free to post pictures of it and fill out the "form" with what you do know so that someone else can maybe chime in if they know what it goes to. Likewise, if you are trying to figure out what a memory module looks like for a device that needs one, post about it so that others can maybe provide pictures or a model number to look for. The idea is that all of this will end up being searchable and reverse image searches could be used to save some of these things from getting scrapped since they often look like nothing special and can be hard to identify.

I'll start with a pretty straight forward example:

Host Device: Diamond Stealth 64 Video VRAM (2MB)
Module Model\Name: Diamond Multimedia Stealth 64 VRAM Memory Module FAB# 22-0064A3
Capacity: 2MB

Now for some blitting from the back buffer.
