Does anyone know these RAM cards and how to configure them? I know that it is not easy and there is not much informations about them in the internet so in the worsest case I will take memory chips from them but it would be nice to use one of them in my IBM 5150.
Lower One is a DTK PII-129..

Its a ram back fill board for IBM 64K - 256K motherboards to get the full 640K memory on them.

Thank You. I used a smaller card and it is working. Now I have 640kb in my 5150. It is interresting how to set DIP switches 1, 2, 3 on this card because in the manual there is infromation that it is unknown. Luckily it is working with the settings as it was when I bought it.
