Does anyone know how fast of a PCI clock the Voodoo2 will tolerate? For example, is 50 MHz a safe upper limit in an AT case? What about 60 MHz? How many extra MHz does using heatsinks of the FBI and TMU's help? Assume a standard use case, so maybe 3 hours of game play per sitting. Thanks!

Voodoo2 runs fine at 66MHz. It's even rated for that. I pushed it beyond 66MHz, but it was quite a few years back, and I don't recall exactly what's the limit (maybe around 75MHz?)
Running the card at 66MHz PCI bus won't increase TMU temperature, maybe only the FBI, but not by much.
I wasn't able to measure any performance difference when running at 33MHz vs 66MHz.

There was Voodoo 2 for AGP. So 66 MHz should be fine.

I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

Indeed.
But it did not use any of the AGP features.
It just treated the AGP as 66 MHz PCI.
