Hi All

Have a P5Q Pro Board that I am trying to setup at the moment in a new case, with new PSU, HDD and 8GB RAm with a Quad Core CPU.

Today i made up a few USB keys to get it read to boot and install the OS, and then as well update the BIOS. I had a BIOS file on a USB 3 key, and I plugged it in when into the Bios Update App in the BIOS, I clicked somehting i think to change drives, and the machine turned off.

Now when I turn it on it doesnt post, nothing on screen, and the fan spins up, gpu spins up, and then off again. Keeps doing this in a loop.

I have read that most likely BIOS is corrupt, so have copied the latest BIOS to a USB Key which is USB 2 but 16gb and have put it in the top left uSB 2 slot at the back, and machine is still going off then on, off then on.

Any guidance is appreciated? All started happening when I plugged the USB 3 Key in the back and went into EZFlash.
