My brother recently got a SSD disk to expand storage on his PlayStation 5, a Biwin M350. He got it at the same shop where he bought a console (they specialize in selling consoles and related accessories). The shop included a heatsink with the thermal pad that doesn't normally come with the disk, it appears to look like this, except there are only rubber bands to mount it.
Now, the disk already comes with its own graphene thermal pad (the blue thing on the picture of the disk).
And the dumb question is, is the original pad supposed to be removed and the one that came with the heatsink used in its place, with the heatsink on top?
