Asus Terminator, terminating my mind. BIOS refusing to upgrade.

3rd day into this project, the old-school barebone Terminator (fancy name on quite a dull machine 😁).
Trying to upgrade BIOS as it's pretty bugged (unstable RAM with stock BIOS settings, internal Savage4 not disabling with discrete GPU, unstable IDE, etc)

The attachment image.jpg is no longer available

As you can see, BIOS version is 1002C. Downloaded 1003 from Asus and TheRetroWeb. Awdflash 7.89 hangs when loading the file. 8.99 gives this message:

The attachment IMG_20251219_195342036.jpg is no longer available

Also tried UniFlash, with "upgrade" options greyed out:

The attachment IMG_20251219_195403613.jpg is no longer available

Is there hope or are we terminated?

Current main: Inspiron 8100, Tualatin 1133, 512MB, GF2 Go, 1600x1200, dualboot 98/XP.

Tried Uniflash with the -ASUS option? IIRC Uniflash also had that switch for ASUS mainboards that were stubborn.
