cant get usb stick to work

hi all
I've got a windows 95 pc I'm using the version of windows 95 on cd with usb support I've got a usb 2 stick
witch I'm trying to use but when I put it in the usb it doesn't recognise it or any thing nothing shows up
would any one have suggestions on how I could get this to work the usb i have I've formatted to fat32

Xusbsupp (xusbsupp.zip) is installed and your Windows 95 versions must be B or C (OSR2,OSR2.1, OSR2.5)?
