7050 / 5032 / 3225 SMD Oscillator to DIP-14 Adapter

I designed a small adapter PCB that allows common SMD crystal oscillators (packages 7050, 5032, and 3225) to be used as a DIP-14 oscillator replacement in vintage and retro hardware.
DIP-14 oscillators are becoming harder to source and more expensive, while SMD oscillators are cheap, accurate, and widely available. This adapter makes it possible to keep older boards running without modifying the original hardware.
Maybe some one needs this too.
