EDIT: problem solved !!!

You can't sink any lower...

I m becoming old => I accidentally plugged the reset cable into the power pin and vice versa, plugging the power cable into the reset pin.

I've been building PCs since 1999 and this is the first time I've plugged the two cables in the wrong way around.
