Working on a Pentium 200 MMX Dell I picked up recently. It came with 1 32mb stick of PC100. I picked up a second 32mb stick off ebay, and for some reason its only registering it as an 8mb stick? Are there diff versions of PC100 and im dealing with an incompatibility I was unaware of? I tried the stick on its own in the first slot and the motherboard only sees it as 8mb. Photo shows the stick it came with and the one I picked up, the Kingston on the left is the new one. Thanks!

Original stick with Micron chips is doublesided? And IBM single? Then I suppose that Dell memory controller can read 2MB chips corectly, but from 8MB only 1/4=2MB. So density chips issue.
