Doing a bit of research, it sounds like it is a relabled MediaVision Thunderboard.
I thought so as well but that 3-chips placement does not match any thunderboard images I can find...?

Ugh, and I was right on top of it too when I was examining TH99. I just couldn't find a picture of it on the web to confirm.
