Hello, I would like to revisit the closed thread to make things a little easier for everyone.
Is there a no-CD patch/crack for Need For Speed II SE?

I changed the two files according to the instructions.

Now I can start NFS2SE on my Windows 98 computer without a CD.

Simply replace these two files in the installation directory.

The attachment NFS2SE No-CD.zip is no longer available
