I have been tinkering with a PC which has Asus P2E-M board.

It currently has a Celeron 333mhz running with a 66mhz fsb.
The board does also 75mhz and 83mhz fsb but i am not fan of overclocking old hardware too much.
Since im stuck at 66mhz, is it worth upgrading the cpu to pentium 2 333mhz and will I see a worthy performance boost in games?
Im using ATI Rage 128Pro which I believ is a good pair for this board and Cpu and offers almost similar performance to tnt2 and v3.
Keen to hear some thoughts on this and if its worth trying to find a cpu as initial look suggests it wont be cheap. Thanks in advance.
