Hello,
Recently I've got Asus V9180 Video Suite rev 1.01 video card with some missing components. Could someone help determining their values?
My primary interest are components marked R503, Q501 and D501. Resistor value and SOT-23 diode and transistor markings would be sufficient. This is some kind of fan control circuit.
For the other ones I was able to find similar components on PCB, but unfortunately with my LCR meter was unable to measure their capacitance (it should be in pF range), but they are mostly related to memory power decoupling and VIVO functionality, so they are not crucial for me. (C801=C815, C777=C779=10pF as stated in SAA7114h datasheet?).
Maybe reference schematic for MX440-8x with VIVO exists somewhere?
Thanks in advance.

Same layout and schematic as MS-8888.

R503: 2.2K 0402
D501: MMBD4148 SOT23
Q501: IRLML2502

All part of the fan control circuit:

C801: 22pF 50V 5% NP0 0603 (part of VIVO i/o)
C815: 22pF 50V 5% NP0 0603 (part of VIVO i/o)
C777: 33pF 50V 1% NP0 0603 (crystal load cap)
C779: 33pF 50V 1% NP0 0603 (crystal load cap)

C509: 4.7µF 6.3V 10% X5R 0805 (cap for FBVDD)
C683: 470pF 50V 10% X7R 0402 (cap for FBVDD beneath the memory)

tehsiggi, thank you very much! Could you please also share values for the entire row of capacitors beneath memory chip? I lost some of them trying to desolder and measure their values.

Hey there

Had to find a picture of the card where the markings are clear, here’s what I’ve got.

From left to right:
C680: 100nF 10V 10% X7R 0402
C686: 10nF 25V 10% X7R 0402
C696: 4.7nF 25V 10% X7R 0402
C702: 100nF 10V 10% X7R 0402
