Was wondering if anyone had experience with this issue and knows what to do.

Have a Pixelview Prolink Geforce 4 TI 4200 64MB with aftermarket cooler with the following problem:
Flickering moving horizontal lines appearing from bottom of screen even in BIOS/Windows 2D see photo. This is not appearing in 3D as far as I can see. It especially stands out on a black background. It appears not constantly rather randomly (perhaps when card is colder but need to test more).

Card passes 3D Mark without graphical glitches (no artifacts, lines, etc.. ).

Other cards in the same computer have no such issue.

This card in another computer produces the same issue.

I had a look at the card visually but can't see anything wrong with it, if there is something I'm suspecting it should be close to the VGA port C1264, C1268 ?

I'm only allowed 5 attachments but I have more detail photos.
