Hello, it's been a while since I played around with a 97-98 era machine. I just installed a K6-2 550 AGR on my Biostar m5saa but it's failing to reach 550mhz. It's shows up as 533mhz upon start up and then the machine locks up. I can only make it work at 500mhz. I have triple checked all the jumper settings and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. I am wondering if the PSU is to blame? The mobo doesn't show the 550mhz listed but the jumpers have the multiplier for it. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!
