Small question about this CPU, would I consider it as an Intel CPU for jumper settings? I only have Intel, AMD and Cyrix listed as manufacturers on my motherboard documentation.

What mainboard? Most of the time it'll be fine.
You could run cachechk or speedsys to verify performance.

ST 486 DX/DX2 and IBM 486 DX/DX2 have to be jumpered like Cyrix DX/DX2
