Hi There

I'm looking to change up my P-200 build and would like some input.

Right now I'm using a ALS100+ w/ OPL but have two more cards, both Sound Blaster 16. One is a CT2230, and the other is a CT2290.

Any thoughts? Or should I just keep using the ALS?

Thanks

CT2230 and CT2290 are more-or-less the same, so it probably doesn't matter too much which you use.

I tend to install sound cards based on specific use cases. If you have games that you want to use 16-bit sound with or use the Yamaha OPL synthesis, then it makes sense to use an SB16.

Another option is just to install both an SB16 and the ALS100+, assuming you have enough slots available.

486 DX-33 with 5 sound cards
