Hi everyone. I used the Toshiba 400cdt panel lcd with his vga cable and put them in a Toshiba 430CDT. For first time i can play need foe speed se and duke nukem3d in dos in 640 x 480 resolution and its playable. No stretching, perfect pixel resolution. So cool. I did success with a 420cdt with the same job but the 430cdt is faster. It's the fastest laptop in the world with a 640 x 480 native resolution, screen lcd panel. Check the picture. Check my frankeinlaptop 😁

The laptop close great and solid. But i took the 400cdt screen layout and lcd panel plastic, so it's a little shorter than lcd 430cdt lacd panel plastic layout. I exchange the speaker too and solder cables, because the original speaker was busted and the plastic melt in the connector. I made the soldering, it's not good as my father, dont judge me 🤣, but it's still good

I have a 480CDT (233Mhz MMX) and several 460CDT (166MMX). I wonder if I could put a 640x480 screen in these....

This laptop also supports a gameport through it's dock also. I think the actual gameport controller is in the laptop and the dock is just giving access to it. So I have considered trying to add a gameport to the laptop itselfby soldering to the pads that lead to the dock port..
