Hello fellows,

Got this one with an old Valuepoint IBM, any idea what it is?
I first went "ATI, sweet stuff!" But realized it had no vga port 🙁

Google is not much help and AI says it's either an HDD controller (to overcome 528 MB) or Y2K bugfix card.
