Apparently Soltek motherboards have bad capacitors. Somehow still boots up.

If only that goo had been purple too...

Good luck fixing them caps, looks like a board with RoHS solder, doable but needs a bit more effort.

It will be crashy and unstable, and is likely running out of voltage spec.

Replace the caps.

Helps to add lead bearing solder to the current trash solder.
Makes it melt a whole lot easier.
