Hello,
Does somebody know the jummer settings for fsb speeds 0f 60 mhz and higher?
I only see JP21 and JP22 on my board.

Im guessing SC464 S2 (pin17) is not connected to anything thus reads 1 because of internal pull-up

you would have to
1 check with a multimeter on unpowered computer resistance between SC464 pins 17 and 16, then 17 and 19
2 if resistance is bigger than lets say 1Kohm you can solder a bridge (short) between 17 and 16
3 set JP21 and JP22 for 50MHz
4 hope mobo tolerates 60MHz FSB 😀
5 if no boot set jumpers for 25MHz <- this will result in real 30MHz fsb and computer should power up no problem
