[Update] CUPS Print Server for NT4 an newer (beta)

Dear all,
here a cups4nt, a print server based on cups 2.3 .
It works on NT4, Windows 10 and Windows 11. This installer does not include the latest PPDs. The file would be too large.

Please use LPD; USB hasn’t been tested and I’m not sure. I don’t have a USB printer – it’s too far away.
IPP(S) and other is wip.

In english, french and german. mutli language is wip and simple possible over language ini's.
Win9x not testet.

Hi,
ipp(s) and 9100 should be works.
usb should be works too,
please post here feedback.
