Anybody know how to get this game working under Windows XP? I managed to install it (with some difficulty), but when I try to run it, using either VDMS or the regular command prompt, the program crashes on me!

You picked a rough one. The only system on which I was able to get this running is an ancient 66MHz 486 with an ISA sound card.
Seems like the programmers broke a lot of rules when they made it. Kills DosBox, kills "Virtual PC". When I can find my CD I'll give it another try (that may be awhile). Be aware that the last time I tried this I couldn't even get it to start up in silence. Looks like it "hates NT".
