I need some help identifying a certain object.
it's the part that holds the dvd in it's tray-case.
In this particular box it can be replaced.
I need to replace it as it is broken.

Does anybody know what it is and/or where to get it ?

Thanks

Your pirate Inuyasha DVD case is damaged? 😁

Yes, it’s my fault.

Simply, why would a Japanese programme have Chinese but no Japanese subtitles? No authentic copy of anime ever comes with Chinese subtitles, ever. Everything released in Japan has no subtitles and costs about USD$50 for 3 or 4 episodes on a single-layer DVD; everything released in the US has only English subtitles, costs about USD$100 for a single season, and also includes a dub track. You will also see some episodes have things like NTT earthquake notices on them -- this is because the pirates steal the programme as it's broadcast. The packaging looks nice, but that's about it.

Yes, it’s my fault.

@Snover: How would that be Inuyasha? The graphics on the case are from Princess Mononoke ^^

You're right. I'm not really paying attention to things. But the orange logo is probably Anime Cartoon, a known pirate organisation. See http://www.digital.anime.org.uk/piratefaq.html#dvdlogo.

Well i don't want to disturb the discussion, but the initial question
seems to be to find a replacement for that (nameless?) clip,
which indeed looks a bit odd to me. Maybe some pirates know 😉

it is indeed made by anime cartoon. I recognise the orange logo.

and as wd pointed out. I still want to replace that clip.... (2 pieces at the moment) It appears to be quite unstable.
