Hi, just installed the Dosbox port tonight, and have been playing my very first PC Game "Chuck Yeager's Air Combat" now for a couple hours! Very nice!

Anyway, I read through the wiki, but couldn't find anything on the dosbox.conf file in unix (freeBSD specifically). All I want to do is add the line at the bottom pointing to the directory where I have my games. I couldn't locate a config file anywhere, either in root or my home directory. Is it different for the linux/unix version, and if so how can I do what i want it to do?

Thank You much,

Oh and one more thing, has anyone else had their monitor go out of range in fullscreen mode? is this an X problem, or something with Dosbox.

X problem (you need to add the correct resolutions)
or you can modify the configuration file of dosbox to use a fixed fullscreen resolution.

You make a configfile of dosbox with the following command
config -writeconfig dosbox.conf
dosbox looks in the current directory for it.
if it can't find one there it will use the file ~/.dosboxrc
