Hello!

First time posting in this forum. I'm a beginner in the ''DOS World'' so I need a little help. 😄

I have been able to successfully run some games using DOSBox. Now, I'm trying to install a game from a CD.

When I get to the point where I must configure the game, using Install.exe, DOSBox tells me this: ''This is a Windows 95 executable''.
My game was released in 1995... and it's supposed to be playable both on Windows and DOS platforms... but I only have the Windows 95 version.

Is there a way, using DOSBox or an other program, to get my game to work?

Thank you!

*** Moving to DOSBox General ***

Hello, Welcome to the forum.

Unless your application/game has separate executables for ms-dos/windows, you are out of luck. YOU CANNOT run windows executables (PE) from within DOSBox.

I am locking your thread. It has been asked a lot of times.
