(Excuse for my bad English because I am a German)

How can I configure the Autoexec in the program folder that games can find the CD-Drive. I haven't understand it.
I have win98 on C:\ and win xp on d:\ and a Lite-On CD-Rom-Drive.

You don't in XP. In Windows 9x, you don't either. In fact, unless you're booting into pure DOS, touching AUTOEXEC.BAT is silly.

Yes, it’s my fault.

You mean AUTOEXEC.VDMS? You simply open it up in Notepad or WordPad, and uncomment the MSCDEX.EXE line (remove the REM from the begiing of the line).

Or, if you are using LaunchPad, do not bother with Autoexec and simply tick the "Enable low-level CD-ROM support" from the game's VDMSound shortcut properties.
