I am sorry, but I have the black screen again. Can anyone help me and guide me how to run Ultimate Soccer Manager 98-99?

Here's my previous post:
"I downloaded this game from "underdogs," but I can't run it.
I have Windows Vista, and this game (I think) was designed to run on Windows 95, Windows 98.

I downloaded the file, then I extracted it. And when I click on USM 98-99 icon, I just a black screen and nothing happens.

How to run this game? What emulator do I use? What instructions..?

Does anyone have any experience with this game (downloaded from the Internet)?
