Sorry if this is not the right place to put this, I didn't know where that was so I thought it might be here, but does anyone have a Sabre Team (dos game) manual? I need the commands so I can figure out how to get out of map view and how to wear the gasmask and access the non-weapon inventory... thanks.

I found this text file describing the icons. Hope it is what you are looking for

Main Menu:

Disk with Arrow Pointing Away: Load a Saved Game
Disk with Arrow Pointing In : Save Current Game
Guy Parachuting : Start Mission
Men Standing Together : Select Your Team
Weapons Icon : Select Weapons/Items for Mission

Battle Menu:

Compass: Click Mouse button on any Compass Direction and Selected
Man will go that direction (ie: Click NE and Man moves NE)

(Top Row From L-R)
1st Icon: Switch Men
2nd Icon: Status Bar
3rd Icon: Display Location of Men
4th Icon: Pick up Weapon/Item
5th Icon: Drop Weapon/Item
6th Icon: Move Selected Man
7th Icon: Open Door

(Bot Row From L-R)
1st Icon: Select Weapon
2nd Icon: Pull Grenade Pin
3rd Icon: Load Selected Weapon (Gun)
4th Icon: Throw Grenade
5th Icon: Select Target
6th Icon: Fire Weapon at Target
7th Icon: Select this to acknowledge you have completed your turn
