hiho. im trying to rename/delete/move the dos4gw file from screamer rally (its just with any dos game, not only with that one), but its impossible to do it.
it says, its used by another person or program.
i already restarted the pc and looked it up in the task manager, but i cant see any process, nor anybody who i can think about that uses it.

anybody got an idea?
